We have multiple 360˚ and iPad booths, so we can accommodate multiple events. Let us know what you need to make your event special.

Terms of Service

  • Any miles above 50 from 02038 is charged at $.50/mile.  It's the gas prices!   
  • Contract will be created well in advance of the event. At the time of booking and signing the agreement, a non-refundable 30% deposit payment will be taken. The balance will be settled at the end of the event. We take most forms of payment including cash, checks, credit card, Venmo, and PayPal.
  • We prefer to be set up indoors, close to a 10AMP power source. If we are outdoors, we must be under a canopy or weather-proof structure. Also, if outdoors, we need to have an asphalt or hard surface. We cannot be on dirt/ground/grass.
  • We must be in a safe, dry area. If a staff member feels unsafe, we will work with you to rectify the situation, but if it cannot be fixed, we must leave the situation immediately. After we are in a safe place, we will work with you on the balance due for the event.
  • We will: bring props for the pictures, email/text pictures and/or videos to your guests, provide a backdrop enabling green screen effects for the pictures/videos, bring a share station so they can enter their information to receive the pictures/videos, make a fun atmosphere, and treat your guests with respect.
  • All pictures and videos are owned by the photographer and given a license to the guest/receiver of the picture/video, the host will receive copies of all pictures/videos after the event on a share platform for a period of time specified on the contract.
  • Host and guests release HR Data Labs LLC dba BusFish.com from all liability relating to any accidents and/or issues arising from the video or picture booth.
  • Just a reminder, we are not a VJ/DJ/Band. We will not be providing music. If you ask for music as part of the videos, cool. We will accommodate as best we can.
